Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn and unwashed

• Be in its original condition

• Have all original tags attached

• Not show signs of damage, stains, odors, or alteration

• Be returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible

AETHERIUM reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. AETHERIUM is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. After reviewing the situation, AETHERIUM may provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item was defective or damaged.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

AETHERIUM does not guarantee exchanges for different sizes or products because inventory may change quickly.

If you need a different size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired size.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law or when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

After this period, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If the order has already shipped, it must be handled according to our return policy.
